By accessing or using Finolio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Finolio is a family finance management application that allows users to track transactions, manage budgets, set savings goals, and organize financial data. The Service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Data

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Finolio is a financial tracking tool, not a financial advisor. The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of calculations or data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
